| For RENT 1 Private bedroom for rent in 2 bedroom apartment with shared bathroom close to Toronto Metropolitan university (1 min walk) This room can be rented for one person ONLY. Available: July 1st 2024 Please read about the current roommate: I am a young professional male, working from home 3 days per week (the work is very quiet) and in office 2 days. I also take online classes at UofT. I gym regularly and spend a night or two per week at my partner's place. I play board games ~once a week with my ex-neighbour up the street too. In short, I'm quite busy and often rushing around. Ideally you are also a busy person, as I can assure you home time to yourself, and I'm looking for the same. I value cleanliness and quiet: both are non-negotiable. Queer friendly is also a must! I will pretty much always be listening to an audiobook, podcast, or music, but I always use headphones (except in the shower). The same usually goes for TV or video games. A similar appreciation for keeping the peace is key. In the morning you'll find me reading epic fantasy or science-fiction or good old history! I adore books. This is not a sober home. I drink on weekends, but rarely have a friend over. I smoke cannabis too, always on the balcony. I have some plants growing, and I have furnished a decent portion of the common area. |
