| Private room (furnished) with shared bathroom for rent is available June 1. The room is on the second floor of a detached house. Fast internet and use of kitchen, pots and pans, cutllery etc, as well as laundry, is included in the rent. I am a female who has rented to international students and others since 2007. My son helps me take care of the house and lives with his partner and their cat in the home. I am using his Kijiji account to make this posting and he assists me in managing the house and communicating with roommates. Our home is situated near Bloor and Runnymede just steps from busses and subway. It is surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, delis and parks etc. We love hosting and creating a peaceful, private, and comfortable environment. We prioritize respect and cleanliness of the shared spaces. If you would like to have a visitor we expect that you ask beforehand. For everyone's safety we do not allowed strangers or uninvited people into our home. Out of respect for everyone's differing needs, bedtimes, privacy, we ask that no visitors are present after 10pm and that use of the kitchen is complete by 10pm as well. Although we have these few basic requirements we are very relaxed and understanding, we value communication if there are any issues or circumstances that arise. We are located near Bloor and Runnymede which is just steps away from busses and subway. It is surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, delis and parks etc. We love hosting and my previous tenants have shared that our home is very friendly and comfortable to live in.
