| Subletting my room from now-July 31st! This is a beautiful private room on Parliament and Wellesley in a house that you would share with two 20-year-old women. Food Basics is a 5 minute walk away as well as lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. 30 minute walk or 15 minute transit to UofT campus, perfect if you’re a summer student. We share the second and third floors of the house, which include two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. Your room comes furnished and includes dresser space. The video is older and doesn’t show the furniture, but there is a sofa and the kitchen is equipped with all the normal kitchen things (cookware, dishes, etc). Rent is $960 all inclusive.
