The location is convenient as it is near Union Station (4 min), groceries, restaurants etc. Condo includes- Tv, sofa,in-suite laundromat, kitchen space with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, one bathroom, office desk and chair. If you want, I can provide a twin mattress too but you have to get a mattress protector. There is a gym, Indoor/Outdoor Pool , Bbq. Terr. Heat Pump & Ac Part Of Hydro. The buiding offers 24 hour security. You have to pay 1200. You haven to share hydro.
