| Looking for a 4th roommate starting on June 1. We’re all in our late 20s (2 women, 1 man) and a cat with a mix of work-from-home and in the office, looking for someone who can fit well into that environment. The room is private, and unfurnished (furniture in picture belongs to current roommate), with an attached closet. The house is 3 floors + a basement, the open room is on the second floor. It’s a 4-bedroom house with a full kitchen, a dishwasher, washer and dryer for laundry and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The house has central AC & heating, is a 5-minute walk from Chester TTC station, with a couple grocery stores (Nofrills, Metro) within walking distance. The rent does not include utilities costs.
