One room available in an apartment shared with two women. Located steps away from Queen and Bathurst. The 511 Bathurst streetcar stop is directly out the front door and the 501 Queen streetcar is a 2 minute walk away. FreshCo, Loblaws, and Shoppers Drug Mart are all within walking distance. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all in-unit. Internet and utilities are included. We are looking for a quiet, clean, and tidy housemate who likes cats. We have 2 incredibly friendly ones and, unfortunately, cannot accept any more pets. The room is available for one person only. $990/mo. First and last month's rent is required. We will not rent to anyone without meeting them in person first.
