| I’m looking for a roommate to fill the third floor room in the upper 2 levels of a detached house, located five minutes from Donlands subway station. The room is part of a 2-room top floor unit, and you'll have the whole upper level to yourself (nobody else living on the third level). I am the owner and live on the second floor with my cat, no other pets are allowed. There are no other tenants; I travel a lot, work from home, and am very quiet, so I’m looking for someone who will also be quiet and responsible–no overnight guests or parties.
