The room is part of a 2-room attic unit, and you'll have the whole upper level to yourself—there is nobody else living on the third level. I am the owner and live on the second floor with my cat, no other pets are allowed. There are no other tenants; I travel a lot, work from home, and am very quiet, so I’m looking for someone who will also be quiet and responsible. No overnight guests or parties.
