I’m a female student studying CS at TMU and I’m looking for a female to take the spacious, bedroom in the apartment I’m planning to rent. The apartment is located at Yonge & Gerrard, right across from TMU, in the heart of downtown Toronto. You’re just steps away from College Park, the Eaton Centre, Yonge-Dundas Square, Church-Wellesley Village, and tons of food and grocery options(like Metro and Loblaws). Super convenient and very easy access to subway and TTC. Apartment Details: •Rent: $1250/month (water & heating included; electricity split evenly) • Wi-Fi not included (we can set it up and split cost if needed) • Your space: A private, bedroom furnished with a bed with mattress, study table, chair, and a built-in closet (can rent unfurnished for a lower price as well) • Shared spaces: Kitchen and bathroom (living room is converted into my bedroom) • Laundry in building (2nd floor) • Building amenities: Swimming pool,Sauna, BBQ area, underground paid parking, 24/7 security, and secured entry Anyone interested must let me know in advance of a few days as adding you to the building’s system takes time. Open to anyone looking for a summer sublet (June to August). A longer lease also possible provided we both agree. A bit about me: I don’t drink or smoke, although I don’t mind if you do and I’m hoping to find a respectful, clean, and easygoing female only roommate who values a tidy living environment.
