The condo is on the 25th floor at Church Street, just a 6-minute walk to Queen subway station and Eaton Centre—super convenient. Here are some details: - Your room is a private room and has a balcony. It’s not going to be furnished. - I will be staying in the living room space but there’s still enough space/ area to chill together! - Rent includes everything except hydro, which usually comes to about $25 per person. I will be paying the wifi so you don’t have to pay for wifi separately. - The couch will be here when you move in, so till you buy your bed you can sleep there until you bring your bed. (sorry, I don’t have extra bed). - The building has great amenities: gym, movie room, BBQ area, game room, and party room. - We’ll have one bathroom that will be shared among the two of us. - Guests are welcome!
