| Furnished room available in a 2-bedroom apartment in Parkdale, Toronto. Available as of May 1st. Suitable for a working professional or a student who wants to use it only 9 to 5. Hours can be discussed. Whole apartment including kitchen, living room, washroom and balcony is available for your use. Bedroom has a double bed and a dressing table. I can provide a computer desk and chair, on request, or you can bring your own. The space will be like your home with the only difference that you won't sleep here. Preference will be given to BIPOC and women. I am a single clean-freak (specially for the washroom) working woman, so only exceptionally clean and tidy people should apply who are careful about hygiene and cleanliness because you will be sharing the space with me. I am in the other bedroom. You will find me easy going and friendly. Serious inquiries, please! I require first and last and at least 6 months lease, and proof of income. This arrangement can be converted into a regular tenancy if we both agree that we can share the space respectfully without any major issues. |
