| I am a third year male student at U of T studying math and computer science. My two roommates are moving out, but I'd like to stay. So I need to look for new roommates. The unit includes 3 rooms. 1 master bedroom, 1 regular room, and 1 den. I will be occupying either the master bedroom or the regular room but am open to discuss in the case that you would want one of these two options. The rental price for the 3 rooms are as follows: 1350 for the master bedroom, 1300 for the regular room, and 1250 for the den. Rooms will be furnished with a bed and desk. Earliest Move in date: August 01, 2025 Lease for at least a year. Pets are not allowed. Tenants would preferably be male too, not smoke, party, be considerate, and maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness. |
