| I am a student studying architecture at U of T. I am looking for a roommate who is a student as well, preferably a guy (age 20-25). Being clean, hygienic, and quiet is an absolute must. This ad is for the DEN, living room and separate individual bathroom, not the bedroom. You will need to provide your own bed (2m length). This ad is for 1 full year (12 months) of rental. WIFI and all utilities will be covered by me. The property is a condo unit named College Park 1 located on Bay Street. It is a < 3 minute walk away from grocery, hardware stores, entertainment, restaurants, TTC, and health centers. Please contact me via TEXT at the provided number if you are interested. Move in date earliest August 1st. The Images attached will be all the areas a potential room mate will have access to. Notes: Landlord doesn't allow pets but if its something like fish or whatever it doesn't matter. This building is strictly no smoking or vaping and will fine you if detected. We have really good concierges and free use amenities on the second floor. |
