| I am looking for a roommate for my downtown condo available July 1st or August 1st 2025. I am a professional gay male. I am renting the master bedroom in my 2-bedroom condo: location, Blue Jays Way . Preferably working full-time, permanent, and day shifts not working from home, hybrid is ok. This is a 2-bedroom condo and we will share a bathroom. I am a clean, easy-going professional living Toronto downtown part of the year. Great location, Walking distance to the financial district (10 mins), and St Andrew Subway no parking however can rent one in the building. No pets, no couples, one person only. The room is furnished with a bed, a large closet dresser, and a TV. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, Washer, and Dryer and building amenities: Gym, whirlpool, BBQ movie room . Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for at least one year, a nonsmoker, no pet, no couple, no parties, no overnight guests, and no drugs.
