We are subletting our furnished condo for 6 months, from November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025: •Approx. 650 sq. feet in size, the 16th-floor suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a desk and chair, a 4-piece bathroom, a living/dining/kitchen area, and a curtained den off the living room with two single beds. A maximum of 3 subletters is allowed. •Thanks to the large windows and high ceilings, the suite has an airy feeling. There are curtains and blinds to block out sunlight as well. •There is a large balcony with chairs and a dining table and a view of the park below and the lake to the south. •It is fully furnished and equipped including bedding and towels, with some free closet and shelf space. *Amenities include a pool, 3 gyms, 2 games rooms, 2 business centres, 2 theatre/cinema rooms, party rooms, two guest suites, etc.; see this website for photos: https://www.condodork.com/en/toronto/zip-condos-80-western-battery-rd •The location is Liberty Village, Toronto ON, between King and Lakeshore, Strachan and Dufferin. •There are many shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, banks as well as Trinity Bellwoods Park and Lake Ontario waterfront trails all within 5-15 mins’ walk. •The Ossington bus stops two short blocks from the apartment; the Exhibition GO station and King and Harbourfront streetcar lines are within a 10-minute walk. •The Lakeshore and Gardiner Expressway are a 5-min. drive away. •There is a Bike Share station 2 blocks away. *The rent is $2,282 plus $60 for high-speed internet and approx. $80 per month for hydro. •The unit does not come with parking; spots if available cost approx. $150/mo. Street parking permits might also be available for a much lower cost but must be applied for through the City with a letter from the building manager stating that private parking is not currently available in the building. •Underground visitor parking for residents’ guests is available for approx. 10 nights per month. •So sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed as we have serious allergies/asthma.
