| Bright, fully furnished bedroom available in our home in the West Queen West/Parkdale/Roncesvalles neighbourhood with other active and busy but down to earth and respectable young professionals. The house is renovated with a new modern kitchen and bathroom with heated floor as well as a cedar rooftop deck with lounge chairs, hammock and a great treetop/sunset view. The room itself has 2 large windows providing great daylight in the morning and throughout the day and comes fully furnished with a bed, glass desk w chair, dresser, shelf and large mirror. We are very respectful to each other in terms of noise and cleanliness and we are looking for the same qualities in a new roommate. You must be able to be tidy, properly clean up after yourself and keep noise down after hours. Utilities are not included but are $95/m extra per month which covers everything from gas, hydro and water, to unlimited wireless high speed internet and all necessary house and cleaning supplies including a professional cleaner once a month. The room is available May 1st for a minimum one year lease. If the ad is still up the room is still available, no need to ask if it’s still available. If you’re seriously interested in the room please provide the some information about yourself, employer, full or part time employment, remote or on location employment, age, lifestyle, hobbies, and any other information you might feel is helpful and when you’re available to view the room. Grocery stores, farmers markets, salons, galleries, cafés, laundromats, restaurants, bars and clubs are all very very close as well as the 24 hour Queen Streetcar and 10 min bus ride to the Bloor Subway line. |
