Large Room in Beautiful Annex Historic Home 750 all inclusive (hydro / heat , etc). Available May 1st Residential Street but close to Spadina and Bloor and very close to Spadina North Station access. We have the entire third floor, but there is a single unit in the back that is separated, rented by a mature female professional whom you would probably never see or hear. The room available is in the front half, with access to a shared kitchen and bathroom on that side (shared with a mature PhD who also has another residence and is gone a lot when not working from home Mon-Thurs). The room comes partially furnished (tv /dresser/ table) and with a very large closet. But it will need a new couch and a bed. The room is quite large and can effectively be made into its own little apartment, but it is for 1 person only, the tenant, no entertaining / guests, signif others, etc., hence the price. This opportunity is for an adult that understands how common spaces are to be treated, dishes are not dumped in the sink etc, counters covered, the shared space is to be respected and kept viable so that anyone can use it at any time. Hoping for someone that will utilize their very large room effectively and not monopolize the smaller kitchen, I try to be in and out of that area as it cannot be used by two people simultaneously. Seeking a mature professional with a routine, working 9-5 ish Monday to Friday or close to it (ideally not from home). We are nerdy and increasingly lame, in bed pretty early and relatively quiet. No musicians, cooking enthusiasts or serial killers please. Long-term ideal, references and proof of employment. First and last. Unlimited internet $25 extra. Parking spot possibly available for $50 |
