It is ideal for a mature, friendly, easy-going, jovial, responsible and respectable male who prefers the freedom and comforts of living in a spacious home in downtown Toronto rather than in an expensive small impersonal high-rise apartment/condo. The home has a spacious living room (with TV and 2,000+ channels), a large renovated kitchen, free laundry facilities, a nice backyard and is within 4 blocks of 3 TTC subway stations. The house is super quiet, perhaps indicating that happy active people live there. The location is awesome -- quiet street (though only 3 blocks from Yonge and College), lots of nearby grocery stores and a 24 hour Rabba a little block away. Also close to Central YMCA, UofT, TMU, George Brown, Cabbagetown, the Village and Riverdale Farm. The home and property are smoke-free and drug-free. The room and house are extremely quiet. Anyone that sees the home loves it -- and the price, especially for downtown Toronto, is great. *** Price includes all utilities and household expenses (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies ...) as well as super high speed, unlimited high (fibe) speed internet, Wi-Fi, and more.
