| We have a fully furnished room available in a house close to Woodbine and Danforth. The current tenants are a chill group of 20 somethings who are welcoming and relaxed. Looking for someone with a similar vibe to join the group. The house have a lovely open kitchen and living room, leading out to a back deck, backyard with table, chairs and barbecue. Want to garden? There is space for that. Room to store your bicycle, and bike lanes and ravine trails are close by. Seven minute walk gets you to Woodbine Station and one bus from there gets you to the beach. Laundry in onsite and cost of utilities and wifi are shared. If you think you might be the right person, please contact Karen. Room is only available for a single person. Availble March 1, possibly February 15 for the right person. Tell me a bit about yourself when you reply. Must be open to people of different nationalities/genders/beliefs. Room is $1,000/month, plus a proportionate share of utilities. |
