We have the entire house with, on the main floor: kitchen, living room and working space + backyard (with a BBQ), on the 1st floor the three bedrooms and a full bathroom and in the basement washing machine/dryer, chilling space, a little office and a toilet. DATE AVAILABLE: June 2025 LOCATION: Woodward Avenue near Queen Street East Greatly situated in a quiet neighborhood between Leslieville and the Beaches right next to Queen Street East with streetcars and buses (to Greenwood/Coxwell Station) within 5 min of walking. For nature lovers, we have a park just in front of the house with tennis courts and the beach a mere 10 min walk away which is perfect in the summer. ROOM PRICE: 1250$ It includes everything !! Furnished room + All utilities included AND a cleaning lady that comes every two weeks. You just have to bring your suitcase basically. RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018 REQUIRED DOCUMENT: Proof of income and first and last month rent PARKING SITUATION: Street parking available (need to apply for a permit) PETS: We have one friendly cat that stays home all day. We’d rather not add any pets to our house at the moment. ABOUT US: We’re pretty laid back and friendly. We all have full time jobs and work partially or fully from home. Because of that, we are ideally looking for someone that would either work from their room or at their office or that doesn’t mind people hanging out in the living room during the day. Evenings and weekends are spent hanging out, cooking dinners with some beers / wine and having the occasional movie nights. We enjoy moments together as well as some privacy.
