| Hello I'm Tamara im hoping someone would have 1 bedroom apt for June 2025 , with full washroom with tub not shared anywhere in Toronto ( but no downtown ) please. I'm 51 w/f looking for long-term lease for 1 bedroom apt, I've lost my husband 2 cancer and my son 2yrs ago, I came 2 toronto 4yrs ago hoping to start fresh well joke on me ive been threw hell and back, and if I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck!! story of my life OMG, i have no pets and ect.. I'm on disability due to head trauma they will pay 85% 1st and last mth rent and 85% my rent every mth, my sister or brother do come from B.C to help me due to my head trauma and cancer, i do own general contractor and Interior painting company put on hold till im feeling better, I was a landlord and owned 4 houses i made into Apts with my husband so i understand how it is to find good tenants, where i live and how my home looks represents who I am,I'm not a needy person I can fixs things wouldn't bother you unless over $100, if you need any painting or patch work in any apts i can help you thats no problem. Im a quiet person sick to myself hate drama, just wanting a break in life.
