| Hi! I am looking to relet my fully-furnished bedroom at Parkside Student Residence from May 1st - August 30th(with extension possible; earlier move-in possible). Ideal for interns, students taking classes, or those pursuing work opportunities. Meal plan is required covering all-you-can-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with snacks, and convenient lunch-to-go options. Meals in the cafeteria are readily available and high-quality at $3500 for May - August. Parkside Student residence is located within walking distance to TMU, UofT, OCAD and George Brown College, with a TTC stop located just outside the building so it’s very easy to get around Downtown Toronto (including Yonge-Dundas Square and Loblaws). It is also located a short walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores and has great views of the city. Consists of a private room with a locking door. The other bedroom is unoccupied, so if you have a roommate in mind, it's open. Shared living room and bathroom. Utilities included. Parkside Student Residence goes beyond basic accommodation, providing amenities like laundry rooms, an arcade room with a pool table and ping pong table, various study spots, a library room, a movie theater, and a 24-hour gym.
