| - house near Pape station - 10-15mins walking or 3 mins bus ride to station - available on July 1st ( no earlier than July 1st) - $800 / month including all utilities and internet - furnished (bring your own bedding) - room on the third floor with a window - no laundry at site ( coin laundry at Pape and Danforth - all female tenants - share a kitchen and a washroom with one girl - no party house - no guest, no overnight guest, and no smoking This is a shared house. Tenants must take turns cleaning common areas. The current tenants are students. They are quiet and very respectful of their housemates.
