| Gorgeous Victorian Forest Hill Apartment 1 Bedroom for short term rental. Fully furnished. Amazing location: steps away from subway, busses, Eglinton and Yonge, skating rink, large park, gym/rec center, grocery stores/fruit stands, shops, coffee shops etc. This would be a sublet agreement (I have landlord's permission) for approx 11 months (until next year Jan or Feb 2022) but it's flexible on timing, as I am leaving to live and work out of the city temporarily. This is furnished with my own new furniture and so I will be very selective as to who I choose to take the apartment: no pets, no smoking, no children, no loud music etc. I will require: a credit check, proof of full-time employment (including name of company you are employed by), previous landlord references, security deposit (for furniture damage and professional cleaning fees if anything is damaged or if the apartment is left in a less clean condition than it was received in). The rent is $1675 with a parking space until June (then street permit parking or free street parking) and FIBER Bell wifi (incredible service and speed) plus hydro which depends on how much you use (likely $50 - 100 or more depending on your usage..heat and water are already included in rent) and includes all furnishings and electronics {besides possibly the bed mattress which we both may prefer to keep our own}! I am looking for a clean, respectful, reasonably quiet, responsible individual who will treat my belongings and apartment with respect while they stay.
