It’s just minutes to downtown via subway or to the Beaches. Parking is available for an additional fee. Availability: - Dates: August 1 - October 15 2025 only - Rent: $2,780/month (2.5 month total = $6,950). Shorter time periods may be possible at a higher rate, but entire 2.5 month rental is preferred.
