| It’s a Furnished room and you share this 3 bedroom house near downtown in Leslieville with a dad and my 8 year old daughter and my small Italian greyhound dog. Because you share the house with my daughter, a female is much preferred. We go away for 2 months at a time in the summer and winter so someone responsible who can help with the dog while I am away is needed. (other people are helping with the dog too so its not just you) This is a mid-sized furnished room new carpet and big windows. There is a desk, dresser and large single bed. You will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. (so a clean person is necessary) The price of $ 925 is all inclusive with; high speed unlimited wireless internet, Netflix, heat hydro and there is laundry. The usual cost of a room like this is usually 1250 so its discounted 325 a month for helping to take care of the dog. It's a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen streetcar. The House is also a 8 minute bus ride to the Peape or donalnds Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beachs in the area known as Leslieville and also call the film district or south riverdale. Its a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and big grocery stores 2 minutes away. Its a perfect location for a George Brown student as its 15 minutes away. Also great for anyone who works in Leslieville or the beach or downtown. Street parking is available for $15 a month. please tell me about yourself when responding. |
