Available June 1st. $1,650 per month (all incl. heat, hydro, water & internet) About the house: -room for rent is in a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 4 story town home full of amazing amenities including 2.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, onsite laundry, and a dishwasher. -located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of downtown Toronto near Church and Gerrard - only a 7-minute walk to the Eaton Centre and 5 minutes to the TTC Yonge line at College Station. -open concept main level with sunken living room that opens into the back yard, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. -lower level my home office with half bath, washer & dryer. -back yard is fully enclosed with a tiki bar, patio table, outdoor living room set. About the room: -The room being rented is located on the second level and is 200 sq/ft. It comes with a full bed set, night table, large dresser, electric ergonomic office desk & chair. The room also has a TV with Fire stick and 2 large, full-sized closets. -Also, on the second level you will have a large bathroom that is 80 sq/ft shared with 1 other female. About the roomies I am ½ British & ½ French Canadian. in my mid 40’s. My other housemate is 27 from the Netherlands and is a tech at SickKids Hospital. We both love to travel internationally, are career focused and like to hang and catch up when we can. We are both passionate about healthy eating, a clean space, and having fun with genuine, down to earth people. I only provide accommodations to a mature, professional. career oriented, very clean, responsible, and self-sufficient females who hopefully have the same interests and a full time job. The house is vegetarian + vegan/pescatarian and would prefer to keep the house veg if possible. We like to have fun with a couple of drinks when the time is right and enjoy good company and entertaining occasionally. Being clean and respectful is a must. Looking for someone with the same lifestyle who keeps busy but is happy to chill too. I have two 2 y/o cats and a 1.5 y/o Australian shepherd so loving animals is a must as I am frequently away at my cabin and want someone who can give the cats love, care, and attention when I am gone.
