| AVAILABLE: May 25 - June 8 (15 days). I can accommodate an extra week if needed (until June 15), and can also consider requests for a shorter stay but not less than 10 days, and we can adjust the rent accordingly. ABOUT THE SPACE: The 1100 sqft bright and spacious condo includes 2 Bed (Queen) + 2 Bath (tub and standing) + Dining Area + Balcony. It is located on a high floor in downtown Toronto with gorgeous views of the lake and the sail boats dotting the lake with planes taking off and landing at the island airport. FURNISHINGS INCLUDE: This is my home where I live so it has pretty much all the standard appliances and furnishings you'd expect. Note that the stove is an induction stove. If you haven't used it and expect to do some cooking, I can share how to use it. There is also has a standing/sitting work desk set-up with an extra monitor if you work from home. Please ask if there's anything specific you're wondering the house has and I will be happy to share. UTILITIES/INTERNET: Everything included; no extras. FACILITIES: The building has a full-length indoor swimming pool and gym. Parking is not available. LOCATION: It's located near the skydome. You will be 5-30 min walk from the lake front, Rogers Center, CN Tower, Ripleys' Aquarium, Union Station, Billy Bishop Airport, Scotia Arena, Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, King St West, Queen St West, financial district, Eaton Center, City Hall, Chinatown, Kensington Market, AGO and many other places of interest.
