Bus stations in front of the building. Wonderful walking area and close to all grocery stores and Centre Point Mall (has Canadian Tire and Dollarama). You will have a your own full room and washroom for yourself. You will share the kitchen and living room :). There’s an electric scooter that you can use along with PS4 and TV. Your roommate works full-time and study part-time so most of my time is spent in a calm manner. All utilities and internet are included in the rent! Provide the below requirements: 1. Introduction about yourself 2. When are you looking to begin your stay and end your stay? Give dates. 3. Are you working (company name & address) or student (address). Proof of income is required. 4. Credit score is required. 5. First and last deposits are required. 6. Two pieces of identifications is required (e.g. OHIP and Driving Licence) 7. Refundable deposit of $250 for the keys. Other info: • No Couples; No Overnight Stays. • No smoking anything or vaping • No Parking • Central Air Conditioning and Heating. • There is nothing you need to bring other than your clothes and toiletries. • This is a nice room with lovely large windows. • The towels, bed linen, pillows are all included, free laundry, cable; high-speed internet. • Study table and chair in room. • Please keep the room the same as we give it you. • No pets allowed except for cats. |
