| The flat is a very spacious, bright apartment inside a lovely garden apt building a few blocks N of St Clair West on Bathurst. The apartment is 1500+ square feet w/ nice high ceilings and hardwood flooring. It has a cozy kitchen, 2 big living rooms, a big balcony and lots of closet space. 24hrs bus line, bus stops, north and southbound(Ardmore stop, line 7) right in front of the building, very close to subway line, travel to up and downtown within minutes. Grocery stores, fruit markets and restaurants are within 10mins walking distance. The flat is already nicely decorated with pretty European furniture. The vacant room(180sq/ft) with big windows and private balcony access. Everything included: hydro, gas, water and unlimited high speed fibre internet. Terry, Shayne and Kerna are friendly, excellent people to live w/. Terry is a buyer who loves coffee and designs. Shayne works at Real Sports, he is quiet and he likes video games and hockey. Kerna is a student at George Brown. After living w/ them for a while, I'm quite sad to leave them. Though I do hope to help them find a great flatmate. |
