| The apartment is on the 42nd floor and is 1000 sqft total. It is next to college station in downtown Toronto and also right in front of the 506 street car stop. You will have your own room AND bathroom (doors are opposite each other). Huge and spacious house and living room with a full kitchen with a lot of storage space. Amazing views of Toronto, including CN Tower. You can see both east and west sunrise and sunset. Would prefer a female student roommate as I am a 4th year at UofT. The apartment comes with a prime parking spot as well. Water, heating, AC is included. |
