| 1 Bedroom available for female roommate March 1st in High Park ($990/Month) Seeking a female roommate to live with me in my 2 bedroom apartment. Located beside High Park station, the room is partitioned with a curtain and has access to a balcony overlooking east. It's also furnished with 2 shelving units and a large desk if required, and measures to 9.5ft by10ft. -Internet is included in the rent price. -Hydro would be $50 approximately (includes central heating and air conditioning) -Lockers need to be rented for a fee if required while bike storage is free -Unit has a laundry machine which doubles as a washer and dryer -Unit also has a dishwasher. -Smoking is allowed outside of the building only For details and photos of amenities please visit the High Park Livmore. Amenities include a fitness centre with a gym, swimming pool with lounge area and jacuzzi, as well as massage treatment rooms (massages aren't included in rent price and must be booked online for a fee.) The Clubhouse includes a music room, Tv room, billiards, art studio, kids playroom, business room, and a party room (party room is an additional fee). There are also BBQ's outside which can be used during the warmer months. *Please only inquire if you like cats since I live with a bengal.
