| Singles only, non-smokers. Fantastic bright room on 3rd floor of a family home in the Wychwood Park area close to U of T and George Brown Casa Loma campus. All included - WIFI, laundry and utilities. No visitors, no partners no guests. This is an upscale area on a treelined mature and QUIET street; this is not a frat house this is for busy professionals or students who work at the office or study at school; we have six people sharing my home 3 floors, 2 fireplaces, a koi pond in backyard and BBQ you can use with friends but no one comes in the home (we have a powder room on main floor if you are entertaining in summer). Breakfast nook to eat in for yourself i.e shared with 3 others but not the family for boarders only; kitchen shared and laundry and shower in basement is brand new. this is not an apartment, so we don't want more people we want just those who live there walking around and up and down the stairs so sorry no visitors no guests (hence the good deal on rent i.e this is a trade off for privacy and quiet). We have cats. Cash only and first and last. If you are keen in living right in the heart of mid-town, close to downtown and walking distance to university or college this is for you. Send full details about yourself i.e where you live now, why moving, what you do or study, how long etc. We are fit and diverse group, homeowner is a mom lives with you so you will have to screen in i.e this is the internet we don't just open the doors for strangers; you need to share you full name and details and we do a virtual viewing 1st to ensure you are a good fit i.e and understand the house rules. Light cooking; that means not making a lot of noise or foul smells as 5 people share the kitchen so less is more; if you love to cook a shared kitchen is not a good fit for you we have a small fridge so no batch cooking no room for buying in bulk; its for one person, singles, not couples. We have cats. This is the nicest room in the home and a great deal for the right person (as all included). We speak French and have many other languages represented here. |
