| AVAILABLE: May 25 to June 8 (15 days). I can accommodate an extra week if needed (until June 15). Also willing to consider requests for a shorter stay but minimum 10 days. I will adjust the rent based on the number of days you'd like to stay. RENT: $2250 for 15 days (not for the month as it appears on the listing because Facebook puts that by default). ABOUT THE SPACE: You will have the entire condo to yourself. It is 1100 sq ft, bright and spacious, with 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (tub and standing), dining area, and balcony. Located on a high floor in downtown Toronto with gorgeous views of the lake and the island airport. FURNISHINGS: It has pretty much all the standard appliances and furnishings you'd expect in someone's home. Note that the stove is an induction stove. If you haven't used it and expect to do some cooking, I can share how to use it. If you work from home, there is a dedicated workstation with a standing/sitting work desk, an extra monitor, and Aeron Herman Miller chair. Please let me know if you have questions about anything specific in the house. UTILITIES/INTERNET: Everything included; no extras. PARKING: Not available. LOCATION: It's located right in downtown Toronto near Rogers Center /skydome and about 5-30 min walk from the lake front, Union Station, financial district, hospital district, King St West, Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, Eaton Center, Chinatown, Kensington Market and many other places of interest.
