| 2 rooms furnished apartment available from December 8, 2024 to January 13, 2025. Dates are flexible, I can consider shorter periods to accommodate your needs. 2000 CAD for the entire period (less for shorter periods), all utilities and wifi included. The apartment is a second floor of a cottage close to Dufferin metro station. The rooms are: bedroom, office room, kitchen, bathroom, big balcony, private laundry in the basement. The laundry room is private, not shared, and contains washing machine, dryer and a big sink. The apartment is furnished and equipped with microwave and cooking equipment. One big wall closet will also be emptied so that you can have extra storage space. Bed sheets and blankets are NOT provided. No smoking, no parties and no pets, as the landlord is allergic and lives downstairs. It is a very clean and quiet apartment, and we are looking for someone who can take proper care of it during the Winter break. Preferably only one person. About the location: walking distance from Dufferin metro station, several bus stops, Dufferin Mall, Dollarama, several pharmacies and groceries stores. |
