| This is for when needed. You are a studious, quiet, non-smoking male student (17 to 22 years old) who will keep our home clean and tidy. The price is $850 shared or $1,200 private, and includes three good meals a day Monday to Friday and brunch and dinner on weekends and holidays. You supply your own beverages, desserts and snacks. Central AC/Heat, cable, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included, as are all cleaning supplies and bedding and towels. This place is near Yonge and College, with the subway steps away. The main room that you might share with another male student is huge and there can be floor to ceiling room dividers if you wish. The dividers will give you the feeling of having your own room. Living here there will be you, and if you prefer to share your room there will be another male student, and me, a caring retired senior male, I sleep in the master bedroom. You need nothing except your clothes and personal hygienic products. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to U of T and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
