| I am a young professional female living in a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom + 1 den condo downtown, seeking to rent out the extra bedroom that I don’t use. Located at the heart of downtown, my condo is perfect for working professionals commuting to work or unwinding at the entertainment district. Commuting to Union Station takes only 15 minutes by 509 TTC tram, which stops frequently at Bastion Station, just 100 meters from our condo. And it’s walking distance to King Street West, Toronto’s prominent entertainment district where the city’s most famous restaurants and bars are present. Your room is the master bedroom, which has your own bathroom inside the room. The shared living spaces are the living room, the kitchen and the laundry room, including the washing machine, the drying machine, the dishwasher, the fridge, the microwave and the oven. The amenities in our building include the outdoor swimming pool, the gym, media room, library and etc. The major intersection nearby our condo is Fort York and Fleet. We are part of the Waterfront community and you can see the Lake Ontario directly from the balcony attached to your room. This neighborhood is very safe and has very good public services. The Toronto Fort York Library is walking distance and we are surrounded by beautiful parks along the lake and also beside the Fort York Museum. The room is ready to move in after OCT 5th.
