| Hi there, The master bedroom of a three bedroom apartment is becoming available for July 1 in Yorkville. The building is steps to Bloor and Yonge, and very close to everything: subway, grocery shopping, entertainment, hospitals, schools, etc. The location is upscale and arguably the best part of Toronto. The master bedroom is very spacious, approximately 10' x15'. The room also has a walk-in closet and floor to ceiling windows. This room is often high in demand and won't last long on the market. The building is relatively new with some amenities like a gym and yoga room. The apartment has A/C. Additional expenses would be for just utilities, internet, and a cleaning lady who comes once a month, which amounts to approximately $100 total. The apartment has its own washer/dryer, and dishwasher. It has one washroom which hasn't been a problem with everyone having different work schedules. We are looking for a hardworking, respectful, and considerate roommate. We like everything in the apartment clean and organised, and generally quiet for those who may be studying. The middle room is occupied by someone in tech and the small room is occupied by a full time student currently. Both are male.
