| This is a shared space but you can have for an extra charge the area when sleeping for yourself. Normally there are a total of 2 students possibly unknown to each other, both of the same gender and 17 to 23 years old. It is a nice place in a downtown high-rise. The price is $750 each and this price includes 3 good meals a day, electricity, AC, and Wi-Fi. This is for July 1 or when you need it, sooner is OK. It is always very quiet here with 3 non-smokers (2 students of the same gender and me, a senior male). I sleep in the master bedroom. We keep the place clean and tidy. The Yonge subway is steps away. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to UofT and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East. Please respond and I will send you more information and ask questions. I will then call you and using WhatsApp I will show you the space and then if you are still interested in living here it is best that you come and inspect the place and see how big it is. |
