(Unfurnished, LGBTQ friendly). It is 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom unit located across Wellesley subway, 10 min walking distance from Dundas square. Pretty convenient location in terms of Dollarama, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, parks, colleges and universities. We're currently 2 Indian girls in our mid 20's sharing master bedroom - I work from home and she is a student. We're quiet, love to socialize, keep our place neat & organized, play board games with evening snacks, avoid indulging in any sort of unnecessary drama so if you're a person believing in live & let live then most welcome :) Building has all amenities - rooftop swimming pool, barbeque, tennis court, basket ball court, downstairs gym and laundry. No lease requirement, rent will be month-on-month basis - first & last month deposit supported with Id proofs are sufficient. Prefer long term stay at least 6-8 months. |
