| Hi everyone! I am looking to assign the lease for my room in a 4B2B apartment right downtown. The apartment is located right next to the AGO and St Patrick subway station (line 1) - the location is honestly phenomenal and I will be staying in the same area, only moving out as I am moving in with my partner! You will be living with three other people, two of whom are a couple. The couple have two bedrooms, one of which is the master, so they use the master bathroom. They also have a small dog who is usually in their rooms (never really notice him). You will be sharing a bathroom with one male roommate in his mid-20s. He is very kind and lowkey, and we keep the bathroom tidy. The kitchen has two fridges so there is plenty of space to keep food. The room is gorgeous and super big! It is also furnished :) The desk and mirror are mine but everything else will be included. The room faces west so there are some crazy sunsets. Building has a gym and 24/7 security, and an outdoor patio area. We are looking for someone in their 20s with a pretty normal living schedule (not nocturnal haha). You will need to provide proof of income, references, credit check, as well as first and last months’ rent. This is a fixed term lease until August 31 and you will be able to extend the lease if you would like.
