The apartment is bright, spacious and has 2 beds and 2 baths. Your space is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom. It is on the 35th floor of the building, overlooking Lake Ontario. Rent is $1800 per month, which includes everything (utilities and wifi). The building has a 24 hour concierge, as well as complimentary access to a “Super Club” featuring a gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, squash, a pool / hot tub and other amenities. No parking available. Washing and dryer in-house. I will only be considering candidates who are seriously interested.
