| We are seeking a friendly and responsible roommate to share a condo on the 55th floor of a recently completed building (2024). The available space is a cozy den with a private bathroom. The den comes furnished with a bed, pillows, duvet, a closet with a hanging rack, and a bedside table. Currently, the entrance is separated by a curtain, but a door will be installed soon. A discount can be negotiated until the door is completed. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, appliances, and a dining table. The living room has a TV, couch, and a desk that doubles as a workspace during the day. The building is located downtown near the waterfront and St. Lawrence Market, with walking access to the PATH. It is also connected underground to Farm Boy and situated next to Loblaws. We are currently in the process of filling both rooms in the unit. You’ll have a say in selecting your future roommate as we carefully vet applications. Utilities are shared equally between roommates.
