| Starting January 1, 2025, we are looking for a woman to be a housemate in a condo that is currently inhabited by one Japanese person (me) and one very friendly and kind Canadian! $1150/month - Sunny single room Bed, table, chair, large closet (Not in the photo, but currently there is a bed, table and chair!) - Kitchen, living room, balcony and bathroom are all shared - Large gym, sauna and pool, tennis court and park outside - Convenient convenience store on the first floor where you can have any items you want left! ・There are several grocery stores within a 10-minute walk, including Shoppers, Loblaws, an Asian supermarket, and privately owned shops with reasonable prices. There is also a cineplex nearby, so it is a very convenient location with easy walking distance. --- ・People who like cleanliness and can keep the shared spaces and single rooms clean. ・Due to previous troubles with housemates, we will strictly prohibit friends, partners, and other people from staying overnight from night to morning. (For security and privacy reasons) ・We will only accept non-smokers who do not use drugs (including marijuana) and have common sense. ・Currently, housemates have cats, so people who are not allergic to them.
