| This room, is suitable for a professional commuting for work in Toronto; a medical student or nurse; a full-time University, ESL student, intern or working graduate seeking a comfortable, clean, secure room in my apartment home. I do not want a student or professional who works at home every day online. I am in a 3 storey walk-up apartment building with 9 units only and long-term tenants. My apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. You share washroom and kitchen with me. I provide sheets, towels (you provide your own pillow, comforter). Pay laundry facility is on the same floor beside this unit. All utilities and WIFI are included in rental fee. The building is quiet/no nonsense, secure, clean and welcoming as is the garden in back with seating. Located in the beautifully treed neighbourhoods of Yonge and Davisville, Mt. Pleasant and Bayview, close to parks ravines and trails. You are a 2 minute bus ride from Belle Ayre Blvd. to the Davisville/Yonge Subway, or a short pleasant walk to Davisville Subway Station. You are also a short bus ride from Davisville Subway via Davisville bus to Bayview Ave. to Sunnybrook Hospital for those doing research, practicing medicine etc. If you are new to Toronto, I’m happy to introduce you via car, walking and maps to the Toronto area, the University and TTC. I am a senior woman and you must be someone who likes and respects elderly people. I prefer long term room rental at $950.00/month (short term is less than 9 months at $1250/month). First and last month’s rent required in advance to secure this room.
