| A bright, fully furnished bedroom is available in our renovated home on a quiet residential street in the vibrant West Queen West/Parkdale neighbourhood. The house is shared with friendly, active, and respectful young professionals who value a clean and considerate living environment. The home is renovated in a modern/rustic design and features a modern open concept kitchen/living room, bathroom with heated floors, and a cedar rooftop deck with lounge chairs, a hammock, and a treetop sunset views to the west and an urban condo skyline to the east. The room itself is filled with natural light from a large window. It comes fully furnished with a queen bed and a new memory foam mattress, a glass desk with a chair, a tall dresser, a shelf, and a full-length mirror. We are looking for an individual roommate (not a couple) who is tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces, particularly in terms of noise and cleanliness. Utilities are not included in the rent but are a fixed $125 per month, covering gas, hydro, water, unlimited high-speed WiFi, all household supplies, and a monthly professional cleaner. The room is available for a minimum one-year stay. The neighbourhood is well-connected, with grocery stores, farmers’ markets, salons, galleries, cafés, laundromats, restaurants, bars, and clubs all just minutes away. The 24-hour Queen streetcar is steps from the house, and the Bloor subway line is a short 10-minute bus ride away.
