| I am looking for a quiet clean non-smoker to take the 2nd bedroom in a downtown condo of three bedrooms plus den with two bathrooms. You will be sharing this condo with three others, grad students and young professionals. This condo is conveniently located at the corner of Dundas St. and Parliament St. The Eaton Centre is just a few stops away or 15 to 20 minutes on foot, with the Financial District a few blocks further. The building features Sky Park with BBQs on the third floor, a nice two-story lounge annex (with an espresso machine, cables, Wi-Fi, a pool table, foosball, sofas, small round tables, etc.), a gym, a Tim Hortons, an RBC branch, and a Freshco supermarket. There is also the Aquatic Centre in the community. The streetcar and a Bike Share station are right in front of the building. Among all of these, the best is having a good supermarket downstairs.
