Share a 3 piece washroom with an antique claw tub, with me, a mature, friendly female artist/writer/teacher. I have a well-trained miniature poodle, who keeps to my space. Share the large well-equipped kitchen, gas stove, monster fridge with me . There is a lovely fellow who rents the self-contained basement suite, Washer and dryer and all utilities are included.. Steps to College St. and Dundas St., libraries, recreation and fitness centers, the West End YMCA, is very close. Wonderful cafes, clubs, and restaurants, great book and music stores, Trinity Bellwoods Park, an LCBO at the end of the street, 24 hour Dominion, Shopper's Drugs, and a Freshco a short walk away. There are 3 TTC options. Close to U. of T, George Brown. Ryerson U., OCAD, Kensington Market, Chinatown, Queen St. and the Annex. A very safe and lively neighbourhood Simply the best in Toronto!-smoking house, outside is OK. We have a lovely front deck and garden with a big wooden bench.
