| AVAILABLE January 1st, 2025. Mid-town Toronto (Artscape Wychwood Barns area). Looking for one person only, non-smokers, furnished, all included Wifi/laundry/utilities, we have cats. Available January 1st, 2025 cash only, first and last six month minimum (indicate your length of stay this is a family home not an apartment and it’s not a frat house, for serious and busy person or student). This is a lovely furnished room with a fireplace (works but fire hazard so we don't use it) Light cooking is key as someone’s room is right beside the kitchen and it’s shared with others. We’re not looking for a person who ‘likes to cook’ as it's shared with several others we’re looking for the opposite a busy person who gets in and out of the kitchen and odours do not disrupt the rest of us there are 4 other boarders and a family of 2 (but youth is off at university in another province). Just 15 minutes from University of Toronto, walking distance to George Brown Casa Loma Campus. You’ll need to send info about you, this is after all the internet and Toronto, the more you share (not ask first but share first) as in details well the higher the response rate. We don’t chat in real time with random people off the internet so take time to introduce yourself in writing first; so we know you are real i.e back story where coming from where going what you do all day etc. Communicate basic tomb stone data that anyone might want to know to invite you into their home (common sense). Note -you can’t have guests, there are too many people living here and working different hours i.e we have an emergency room nurse right beside this room which means sometimes she works nights other times evenings so you can’t be sitting in your room running a business or studying online/talking in virtual classrooms all day – we are looking for people like us (the people living in my home now) we all leave and go out to work or school (most of if not in fact leaving the house all days of the work week i.e week days generally). |
