This beautiful1 bedroom garden suite is 1000 SqF(190 SqM) and has it’s (11’x 20’) front porch and rear private porch (11’x18’) with lounge chairs, a dining area and a private gas BBQ. Both the front and rear porch are shaded by a 100+ yr old trees. The suite is an open concept living/dining/kitchen space. It is furnished in an “Old Toronto Style” with art and antiques. • The large eat in kitchen (14’x10,13 SqM) comes with a centre island and has granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator and range, and a full size washer/drye. One time cleaning fee and damage deposit will be fully refunded upon cancelation prior stay. Monthly $4200 based on 28 day stay- additional days prorated at $150/day. First and last months rent is required upon booking. Then monthly payments are due 1 st of each month. Monthly payments are due 60 days prior. Weekly rate: $1400 (based on 7 consecutive days- prorated at $200/day) Full payment is required at booking. Damage deposit $500. Refundable within 7 days of departure.
